Jeju Eltzutown Pension
Staying at Jeju Eltzutown Pension was a perfect choice for our family getaway. Nestled in the peaceful and upscale area of Aewol, the guesthouse offers a quiet retreat with easy access to everything we needed. We stayed in a standalone ground-floor unit that comfortably accommodated three families — spacious, well-equipped, and incredibly clean. The privacy was fantastic, and we had so much fun just relaxing and enjoying each other’s company without any distractions. The location is ideal: close to public transport, surrounded by great local restaurants, and yet tucked away in a serene neighborhood. It’s rare to find such a peaceful yet convenient spot with top-notch comfort and value. I’d definitely recommend this place and plan to return.

This was my first time staying at a no-reception hotel, and I was a bit nervous at first. But the staff reached out ahead of time to guide me through everything—so friendly and helpful! The room was spotless, super quiet, and perfect for a good night's sleep. They even provided free water and juice, which was such a nice touch. Everything about the stay was smooth and enjoyable. If I come back to Jeju, I’d definitely book here again—highly recommend!

Staying at Star House was an absolute delight! The ambiance is peaceful and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect retreat. The bed was incredibly soft—so comfortable that I fell asleep the moment I lay down. Having Chinese-speaking staff made everything so much easier, especially since we didn’t know any Korean. Even though it was winter, the room stayed wonderfully warm, and the hot water supply was excellent—perfect for a relaxing shower after a long day. The facilities are well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, adding to the overall comfort. This place truly delivers on every front. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jeju, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

A true gem for anyone seeking comfort and tranquility on Jeju Island.

Honestly, staying at this property felt like being misled. Upon arrival, the room wasn't even ready for check-in, and the bedding had a strong musty smell—definitely not fresh or clean. The barbecue area was overgrown with weeds, and cobwebs were everywhere, making it feel neglected. It's clear there's a lot of work needed to improve the overall condition. I came here hoping for a good value experience with my family, aiming to create some cherished memories, but unfortunately, the reality didn’t match expectations. That said, I decided to share my honest feedback because I believe future guests deserve to know what to expect. While the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome despite the shortcomings, the property’s current state is far from satisfactory. I hope management takes this seriously and makes real improvements—it could still be a great place with proper attention to detail.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. Staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any request. There are plenty of dining options nearby, from authentic Korean restaurants to international cuisine—great for every taste. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and the value for money is excellent. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Jeju.
