The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful—always smiling and ready to assist. Even though the hotel is newly renovated, there was absolutely no lingering odor, and all the facilities felt brand new and well-maintained. Located just steps away from Erji Road Metro Station and the DaDu Skyscraper Shopping Mall, everything I needed was within easy reach—dining, shopping, and entertainment. The value for money is outstanding, and I’d definitely book here again on my next trip to Kunming.
