Toyoko Inn Tokyo Asakusa Kuramae No 1

Staying at Toyoko Inn Tokyo Asakusa Kuramae No. 1 was an absolute delight—perfect for travelers who value location, convenience, and good value. The hotel sits right between Kuramae and Asakusa stations, making it easy to hop on either the Asakusa Line for a direct trip to Narita Airport or the Oedo Line for quick access into central Tokyo. I walked to Senso-ji Temple in about 15 minutes, and by going early in the morning or later in the evening, we completely avoided the crowds and enjoyed the serene atmosphere of the historic area. Right downstairs, there’s a convenient convenience store and a Don Quijote, so everything you need is just steps away. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained—bed was cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s rare to find such a great balance of affordability, cleanliness, and central location. If you’re visiting Tokyo and want a hassle-free stay with easy access to attractions and transit, this is a top pick.

Toyoko Inn Kanda Akihabara

I've seen Toyoko Inn signs all over Japan during my travels, but this was my first time staying at one—and I'm so glad I did. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with a generous breakfast included. It's just a 10-minute walk to Akihabara's famous electronics district, perfect for shopping or just soaking in the anime and pop culture vibe. Plus, there are multiple subway lines nearby, making it super easy to get around Tokyo—whether you're heading to Asakusa, Ginza, or Shibuya. Great value, great location, and a really pleasant stay overall. I'll definitely be coming back here on future trips to Tokyo.

Toyoko Inn Tokyo Nihombashi Mitsukoshi Mae A4

The breakfast at Toyoko Inn Tokyo Nihombashi Mitsukoshi Mae A4 stood out compared to other Toyoko Inn locations I've stayed at. There were at least five different types of onigiri available—my favorites were the miso-flavored ones—plus pancakes and a variety of small pastries. It was a delightful start to the day, with great freshness and quality. The hotel's location near Mitsukoshi is super convenient for shopping and getting around Tokyo by train. Definitely a top choice among Toyoko Inn properties, and I'd stay here again without hesitation.

Toyoko Inn Tokyo Uguisudani Ekimae

The room at Toyoko Inn Tokyo Uguisudani Ekimae was exactly as described in the reviews—just enough space to unpack a suitcase without hassle. What really stood out was the exceptional service: they offered luggage storage after check-out, and as long as you retrieved your bags the same day, it was completely free. That saved me from paying for lockers at the station. Located right near Uguisudani Station, getting around Tokyo was super convenient—whether heading to Asakusa, Akihabara, or Shinjuku, everything was just a short train ride away. The location, cleanliness, and value for money made this stay unforgettable. I’d definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Tokyo.

Toyoko Inn Tokyo Asakusa Kuramae No.2

Staying at Toyoko Inn Tokyo Asakusa Kuramae No.2 was an absolute delight! The location is unbeatable—just a two-minute walk from Exit A2 of Kuramae Station, and even with luggage, the escalator makes it super easy. For my return to Narita Airport, I only had to cross one street to reach exit A0, which has elevators—perfect for travelers with heavy bags. There are plenty of convenience stores and a McDonald’s nearby, so getting food or essentials is never an issue. The hotel offers 24-hour coffee and ice, plus a simple but satisfying breakfast that hits the spot. The room itself is cozy and well-designed; I even bought bath salts to enjoy a relaxing soak. Fresh towels and linens are changed daily—a nice touch. Best of all? The view of Tokyo Skytree from the window is stunning, especially at night when the city lights sparkle. Toyoko Inn Nihombashi Bakurocho

Staying at Toyoko Inn Nihombashi Bakurocho was a great experience overall. The room maintained the consistent quality I've come to expect from this chain—clean, well-kept, and comfortably furnished. I chose this hotel as a convenient rest stop after celebrating New Year's Eve at Senso-ji Temple, and it absolutely delivered. Its location is fantastic: just a short walk from the subway station, making transfers to Asakusa, Shinjuku, or even Narita Airport super easy. Whether arriving late at night or heading out early, getting around Tokyo is seamless. The proximity to public transit saved me time and energy, which was especially appreciated after a long day. Toyoko Inn Tokyo Eki Shin Ohashi Mae

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations and honestly feels like the top tier of accommodations in Tokyo. Right next to a major subway station, it's incredibly convenient for getting around—places like Tokyo Tower and Asakusa are just a short ride away. The room is compact but thoughtfully designed, making the most of every inch with smart storage and a cozy, comfortable bed that made falling asleep effortless. Everything was spotless—especially the bathroom, which had no lingering odors and high-quality toiletries. Breakfast was a highlight: a great mix of Japanese and Western options, including fresh sushi, sashimi, warm bread, and rich coffee. It’s exactly what you need to start the day right. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. I accidentally left something behind, and they took the time to help me track it down. That kind of care makes all the difference. This stay made my entire trip unforgettable. If I come back to Tokyo, this is definitely where I’ll book again.

Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi

Staying at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi for the second time, and I’m still completely in love with this place. It’s now my top choice in Tokyo — the service is thoughtful and attentive without ever feeling intrusive. This time, I upgraded to a Deluxe Suite on the highest floor, directly facing the Imperial Palace. The view is absolutely breathtaking: panoramic cityscapes during the day, and magical nighttime views from the bathtub right by the window. The bathroom is spacious and fully separate, with premium fittings and an incredible layout that makes every moment feel luxurious. Room service is available 24/7 — breakfast delivered to your room costs the same as dining in-house, but I’d still choose delivery for the convenience and the generous fruit platter. The hotel’s VITRU bar on the lobby level is ranked among Asia’s Top 50 — designed with inspiration from a renowned Parisian bar, it has a sophisticated French aesthetic, excellent cocktails, and surprisingly reasonable prices. Guests can walk in easily, no hassle. Location-wise, while it’s not right next to the subway station (it’s on top of Otemachi Station, owned by Mitsui), getting to Tokyo Station is just a quick ride, and Silver Street is within 10 minutes by taxi. Plus, Otemachi itself is incredibly well-connected — way more convenient than areas like Azabu. Even though the hotel has been open a few years, everything still feels brand new, clean, and impeccably maintained. No signs of wear, just top-tier quality throughout. If you want a quiet, elevated urban retreat in central Tokyo with unbeatable views and exceptional service, this is it.

Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo

From the moment I stepped into Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo, I was greeted with a sense of calm sophistication that instantly put me at ease. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between modern elegance and traditional Japanese hospitality—every detail feels intentional, from the minimalist design to the quiet attentiveness of the staff. My room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom felt like a luxury retreat, complete with high-end amenities. Dining here was an absolute highlight—each restaurant offered not just exquisite food but also a unique cultural experience. The chefs clearly care about every bite, and the service team anticipated my needs without ever feeling intrusive. What truly stood out was how effortlessly they practiced omotenashi—the genuine warmth and thoughtfulness behind their actions made the stay feel personal and unforgettable. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this isn't just a hotel—it's a sanctuary in the heart of Tokyo. It’s one of those rare places where every moment feels elevated, and I’d absolutely return without hesitation.

Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo

I absolutely love the neighborhood—quiet, scenic, and just a short walk from the subway, making it super convenient for exploring Tokyo. Though the hotel is 40 years old, the main building was well-maintained during my stay. The room had clearly been renovated recently—clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke English fluently, which made everything smooth and welcoming. It’s clear this place takes pride in its service and upkeep. I’d definitely come back again—it’s a standout choice in Tokyo.
