I’ve been waiting for weeks with no response or resolution. It’s alarming how many guests might be in the same situation—how many people are still waiting for their money back? If this continues, I’d even consider gathering other affected guests outside the property to raise awareness. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable, especially when it comes to trust and transparency. Don’t let your hard-earned money disappear like mine did. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place entirely.
