The Executive Lounge offered a peaceful retreat with a great selection of refreshments and light bites—perfect for unwinding or catching up on work in a calm setting. I stayed in two different room types: once in a king room with a freestanding bathtub, where soaking in the tub while gazing at the cool dark blue mosaic wall was an unexpected highlight; the other time in a twin room with a well-designed shower-only bathroom – clean, spacious, and practical. The interior art is modern impressionist style, adding a stylish touch throughout the space, and the large TV screen really elevates the room – a small screen would’ve ruined the vibe. Best of all? Just turn left out the front door and you’re at the light rail station – super convenient for getting around. Yet, it’s also just a short walk to the lively city centre, perfect for those who want to explore Manchester on foot. I’ve heard there’s another Leonardo near Piccadilly Station, so I’ll definitely check it out next time, but this central location hits the sweet spot – relaxed, well-connected, and effortlessly chill. A great choice for travellers who want comfort without the hassle.
