While there are some construction sites nearby—something inevitable in a city as rapidly developing as Hanoi—the vibrant energy of the area adds character. I was pleasantly surprised to find myself in a Korean-friendly zone with plenty of authentic shops and fellow travelers from South Korea, making it feel like a mini Seoul getaway. The hotel regularly hosts themed events, and during my stay, there was a fun fried chicken and beer night along with a special Korean strawberry tart dessert. Even more exciting? I discovered they had a countdown party that evening—staff were incredibly energetic and engaging, turning it into a memorable highlight. Every employee I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. This level of hospitality is rare and truly worth noting. Definitely coming back.

Breakfast is a highlight too—offering a wide variety of options, both local and international, with generous portions and great quality. It’s clear the team takes pride in guest comfort and service. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value and makes for a memorable stay.

While it's a bit removed from the city center, the quiet location actually works in its favor—no noise disturbances at all. What truly stood out was the surprise wedding anniversary gift: a sweet treat and fresh flowers delivered to my room. For such a reasonable rate, this level of personal touch was incredibly touching. I’ll definitely return to Hanoi and choose this hotel again. A rare gem with heart and value.

The entrance has a dedicated drop-off zone, making it super convenient if you’re arriving by Grab or other rideshare services. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and always ready to recommend local restaurants or help plan activities. My room was slightly smaller than your typical international five-star, but incredibly comfortable and beautifully decorated in classic French style. It faced the lush garden courtyard, so absolutely quiet—no traffic noise at all, which made for excellent sleep quality. The breakfast buffet was outstanding: fresh, diverse, and thoughtfully presented. I especially loved the egg coffee served in a delicate porcelain cup—it added such a special touch to the morning ritual. This hotel truly offers a unique blend of history, luxury, and genuine hospitality. If I ever return to Hanoi, this will be my first choice without hesitation.
