The floor-to-ceiling windows opened up to a lush central lawn, and on that particular day, a couple was filming their wedding photos there—adding a magical touch to the already picturesque view. The front desk manager, Manager Yang, was incredibly helpful—he gave us great local recommendations on nearby attractions and even pointed us toward a bustling food street packed with tasty eats. It was crowded but full of energy, definitely worth checking out. The location is super convenient, just steps from the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. They even shared personalized recommendations for nearby dining and attractions, which made the stay feel so much more personal. The location is unbeatable: right next to a subway station and surrounded by shopping and restaurants, yet it’s surprisingly quiet and peaceful. What truly blew me away was the room view—huge floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the city skyline. At night, with the lights glowing across the horizon, it felt like watching a living artwork. This hotel is absolutely incredible! The location is perfect—just a 100-meter walk from the exit of Fuzimiao Metro Station, making it super convenient to explore nearby attractions like Fuzimiao, the Imperial Examination Museum, and the Gongyuan. The entire property exudes a charming old-style Republican-era vibe with thoughtful details everywhere. Staff are incredibly warm and welcoming—from complimentary fruit and face masks to free refills on mineral water, a little gift upon checkout, postcards, and even stamps! You can even stamp your own postcard with the hotel’s unique cultural design and send it off. It’s such a fun, memorable touch. I truly can’t recommend this place enough—it’s a hidden gem with exceptional value. Definitely planning to come back, and if there’s any discount available next time, that would be amazing!

Han Yue Lou Hotel

Walked into the hotel and was immediately impressed—far more luxurious than the photos suggested. Although I booked through a platform, the front desk staff, Miao Yuting and Qian Haorui, proactively checked if an upgrade was possible and happily confirmed one for me. Stepping into the upgraded room felt like entering a presidential suite—spacious to the point of getting lost in the corners, with panoramic views of the Olympic Center that were absolutely stunning. The room itself was immaculate, featuring smart curtains, a large bathtub, and two bathrooms—everything you could want. I also received complimentary afternoon tea access on the first floor, which I enjoyed after checking out the gym and pool, both of which were top-notch and well-maintained. Breakfast at the 5th floor was exceptional—diverse, delicious, and a real highlight. Honestly, the value for money was outstanding. If I ever return to Nanjing, this will be my go-to choice.

The next morning, the restaurant manager even remembered us and proactively offered to prepare a special breakfast for our little one. That level of personal care truly touched me. Every staff member we encountered—from the security team and bell staff to the front desk and housekeeping managers—was polite, efficient, and went out of their way to help. The room managers, Li and Fan, responded instantly to any need, and the dining team led by Manager Wang Yan and Wu Li made sure every detail was perfect. Even at checkout, they surprised my child with a cute fridge magnet as a farewell gift. This is the kind of hotel that makes you feel like family. A true gem in Nanjing—exceptional service, great location, and unforgettable hospitality. I’ll definitely be back.

The service was incredibly thoughtful; ordering takeout was seamless, and it was delivered straight to my room without any hassle. Even though the hotel sits just one wall away from the lively vibe of Old Gate East, it remained surprisingly quiet at night and peaceful during the day—no noise pollution whatsoever. The scent upon entering was subtle but inviting, like fresh linen and woodsy notes blending together. One small but brilliant detail: even when I left the room without my key card, the central air conditioning kept running, maintaining a perfectly consistent temperature throughout. From the moment we arrived, Domi went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. When we initially found the room wasn’t ready, she immediately took charge—coordinating with housekeeping, keeping us updated, and even helping move our luggage into the room as soon as it was clean. The executive room was spacious, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The executive lounge was a highlight—elegant atmosphere, great views, and the complimentary snacks were delicious and thoughtfully presented. Every detail felt cared for, and the level of personal attention made this stay truly memorable. This is exactly what luxury hospitality should be. 10/10 experience—highly recommend!

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Nanjing Aqua City during a family trip to Nanjing, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable—right inside the Aqua City shopping complex, so we never had to step outside even when it was raining. Just a 5-10 minute walk to the heart of the Confucius Temple area, which made evening strolls along the Qinhuai River and exploring Old Men Dong incredibly convenient. Despite being in the bustling tourist district, the hotel did an excellent job with soundproofing. Once the windows were closed, the room was completely quiet—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. It felt like a peaceful retreat right in the middle of the city. Our family room was spacious and well-designed, offering plenty of room for both adults and kids. The bedding was comfortable—just the right firmness for a good night’s rest. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided stunning views of the city skyline, making every morning feel special. The bathroom was thoughtfully laid out with a dry/wet separation, hot water flowed strong, and all amenities were fresh and well-stocked. Everything was clean, modern, and meticulously maintained. From start to finish, the service was friendly and efficient, and the overall experience was outstanding.
