Walked into the hotel and was immediately impressed—far more luxurious than the photos suggested. Although I booked through a platform, the front desk staff, Miao Yuting and Qian Haorui, proactively checked if an upgrade was possible and happily confirmed one for me. Stepping into the upgraded room felt like entering a presidential suite—spacious to the point of getting lost in the corners, with panoramic views of the Olympic Center that were absolutely stunning. The room itself was immaculate, featuring smart curtains, a large bathtub, and two bathrooms—everything you could want. I also received complimentary afternoon tea access on the first floor, which I enjoyed after checking out the gym and pool, both of which were top-notch and well-maintained. Breakfast at the 5th floor was exceptional—diverse, delicious, and a real highlight. Honestly, the value for money was outstanding. If I ever return to Nanjing, this will be my go-to choice.

Jinling Mandarin Garden Hotel Nanjing

Staying at Jinling Mandarin Garden Hotel Nanjing was an absolute delight from start to finish. The service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a better room without any request, which immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. With a young child and elderly family member traveling with us, getting up early for breakfast was tough. The hotel kindly packed a breakfast box and brought it straight to our room—such a lifesaver! The next morning, the restaurant manager even remembered us and proactively offered to prepare a special breakfast for our little one. That level of personal care truly touched me. Every staff member we encountered—from the security team and bell staff to the front desk and housekeeping managers—was polite, efficient, and went out of their way to help. The room managers, Li and Fan, responded instantly to any need, and the dining team led by Manager Wang Yan and Wu Li made sure every detail was perfect. Even at checkout, they surprised my child with a cute fridge magnet as a farewell gift. This is the kind of hotel that makes you feel like family. A true gem in Nanjing—exceptional service, great location, and unforgettable hospitality. I’ll definitely be back.
