Stayed here during New Year’s Day and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the bed was huge—perfectly comfortable with a 2-meter width. My favorite part? The room faced directly toward the Hubei Provincial Museum, so every morning I woke up to a stunning view of the museum entrance right outside my window. The front desk staff, especially Miss Hu Lanxiang, went above and beyond—she upgraded me from the 4th to the 6th floor without hesitation, and the view from the higher floor was simply breathtaking. There was a slight road noise at night, but it didn’t disturb my sleep at all. Parking was super convenient with plenty of spots available—no stress finding a space. One highlight was the complimentary warm red date soup served in the evening—it was such a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more relaxing. On check-out, I noticed a little note with a pair of sterilized slippers waiting for me—such a small detail, but it really showed how much they care about guest comfort. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and attention to detail were outstanding. This is definitely a place I’ll return to when I’m back in Wuhan.

The front desk staff went above and beyond with their warm, friendly service and even upgraded my room at no extra cost—a nice surprise! The room itself was spacious, well-designed, and incredibly comfortable, with a great bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. Everything I needed was there: a helpful ironing board, modern amenities, and plenty of storage. The fitness center and laundry facilities were spotless and easy to use. What really stood out was how the staff took care of the laundry—they neatly folded and returned my clothes, which felt like a thoughtful personal touch. Located in a convenient area, it's easy to get around via metro or taxi, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value and comfort. Located in Wuhan’s Wuchang District, the hotel is perfectly positioned near shopping centers and just a short distance from East Lake, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by public transit. One of the biggest perks? Free parking for guests with unlimited entry and exit—no stress at all. The lobby has a grand, modern vibe, and the room itself was spotless, well-organized, and featured brand-new disposable amenities. The mattress offered excellent support, and I slept like a baby—no back pain whatsoever. Dining-wise, the Golden Gate buffet on the 5th floor is a must-try. Their grilled durian is out of this world—rich, sweet, and perfectly cooked. Just note that you need to arrive before 10:00 AM or book via WeChat Official Account, pay at 10:30 AM, and pick up your voucher at the front desk. Entry starts at 11:00 AM, so timing works smoothly. From the courteous housekeeping team to the friendly front desk, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was spotless, fresh, and well-maintained. I loved the modern touches like the food delivery robot on the first floor, along with complimentary masks, newspapers, and 24-hour hot tea. Breakfast was a highlight—authentic local favorites like sweet rice wine glutinous rice balls, beef noodle soup, spicy sesame noodles, steamed meat buns, red bean dumplings, fresh orange slices, sour plum drink, coffee, and buckwheat tea. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and served with care. The location, service, and value are simply outstanding.
