Just a short walk away in the opposite direction is the Peak Tram entrance—buying the Red Diamond ticket allowed us direct access, saving us hours of waiting. The hotel is surrounded by convenience: downstairs is the upscale Taikoo Place, and just steps away is a seaside park—ideal for a morning stroll. As for service, it was outstanding. Staff are warm and attentive, though a few small improvements could elevate the experience further—offering a drink while waiting to check in would be a nice gesture, and unsealing the slippers during turndown service instead of just placing them on the floor would add a more refined touch.
