The bedside clock looks exactly as it did a decade ago—no signs of wear at all. It’s genuinely surprising and touching to see such consistency. Despite ongoing renovations, service levels remain top-notch, and every staff member I interacted with was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Kudos to the team for keeping the standard so high. Unfortunately, I heard the hotel will be rebranding soon—making this stay feel even more special.
