The location is convenient for getting around Vienna, and the apartment is well situated near public transit. However, during our stay, we encountered a few issues that affected our experience. There was a noticeable infestation of small ants in the kitchen—whenever we started using the space, they would quickly appear, which was quite unsettling. Additionally, nighttime was disrupted by a continuous dragging sound coming from a locked technical room nearby, along with occasional noises from adjacent utility areas. While the price was reasonable and the layout functional, the lack of quietness and hygiene concerns make it hard to recommend. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option and can overlook these details, it might still work—but for a peaceful stay, it's better to look elsewhere.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—when I mentioned a slight odor in my initial room, they immediately arranged a room change with no hassle. The room itself is well-equipped with a kitchenette including an oven and microwave, ideal for self-catering. Cleanliness was excellent—no issues at all.
