The hotel is spacious with a large parking area, making it super convenient for drivers. It’s also easy to find, which is a big plus. One small note: I came here to attend a concert at a nearby livehouse. At first glance, it looked just across the street, but it turns out that road is a closed-off elevated highway entrance, so you have to walk around—about 500 meters, or roughly a kilometer total. It’s definitely tiring if you're not in the mood for a long walk, especially after a show. That said, the hotel itself has zero downsides. The breakfast was fantastic—huge variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious flavors. Everything about this stay was top-notch. Highly recommend for both convenience and comfort. Will definitely come back!

Breakfast wasn’t huge in variety, but everything was fresh and filling—great for starting the day. On the sixth floor, the lobby has a small gym, laundry machines, and even a delivery robot that brings items straight to your room without having to go down. That’s a nice touch! Overall, this hotel offers incredible value for money. It’s clean, well-located, and thoughtfully equipped. The underground parking is a huge plus for those driving—it’s secure and easy to access. The room itself was spotless, with clean linens and a well-maintained bathroom. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like good lighting and quiet air conditioning. Being right next to Baixin Plaza means shopping, dining, and entertainment are all within steps—perfect for a relaxing city break. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, this place offers incredible value and comfort. I’d definitely book again when visiting Guangzhou!

We stayed at LN Garden Hotel Guangzhou during the New Year holiday, choosing this long-established five-star hotel for its reputation and family appeal—my parents especially loved it. This year marks the hotel’s 40th anniversary, and the rich history, elegant ambiance, and exceptional service made our visit truly memorable. The location is incredibly convenient—right next to a metro station, which was great even if we didn’t use it daily. The garden area is peaceful and well-maintained, but what really stood out was the complimentary guided tour. At 2 PM, we were led by Mandy, a top-tier guide, who gave a detailed and engaging walkthrough of the facilities, including the fourth-floor museum. My mom was absolutely delighted—it was such a thoughtful addition, and I sincerely hope the hotel keeps this program alive. Service quality was outstanding throughout: warm welcome at check-in, dedicated staff operating elevators on every floor, and even personnel on duty at the lobby after midnight. On my birthday, they surprised us with a beautifully decorated room, a delicious cake (which was seriously one of the best I’ve ever had!), and Zoe personally helped carry my luggage up to the room. When there was a minor air-con issue, they responded immediately—even though it turned out not to be faulty, they still proactively opened the window for fresh air. That kind of care goes beyond expectations. Breakfast options were excellent too: three different venues across the ground floor, the 30th-floor revolving restaurant, and the Yuan Tao Hall. We stayed three nights and managed to try all three. Plus, the platform voucher included afternoon tea and happy hour—such an amazing value-add. Overall, this stay was everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very family-friendly: free cribs were provided, and there’s a small but well-equipped kids’ play area on the 8th floor. Our two young children had a blast playing there, giving us a chance to relax and enjoy some quiet time. It’s not massive, but perfect for little ones to burn off energy. Overall, the level of service, cleanliness, location, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. If we ever return to Guangzhou, this will be our first choice without hesitation.
