Sutton Place Hotel Toronto

Staying at the Sutton Place Hotel in Toronto was an absolutely wonderful experience for my girlfriend and me. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—especially the front desk team who went above and beyond by reaching out to our pre-booked restaurant to ensure they made her birthday special, even though we only mentioned it casually during check-in. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out. The valet service was seamless, the rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, and every detail reflected a high standard throughout the property. Staff members like Jerwin and Julian made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. The attention to personal touches, combined with the hotel’s elegant atmosphere and convenient downtown location, made this stay unforgettable. We couldn’t recommend it more highly—and we’re already planning our return visit.

Atlas Suites - CN Tower & Convention Centre- Furnished Apart

I booked an Executive Condo listed as a 'Luxury Suite by CN Tower with Free Parking' through a platform, with the reservation showing the address as 20 John Street, Toronto. However, just before arrival, I received a text message directing me to pick up keys at 300 Front Street W, Unit 2406. Upon checking in, I realized the listing was completely misleading—this was not a luxury suite at all, but a run-down, cramped one-bedroom apartment. The bed was sunken in the middle and visibly stained; the mattress pad couldn’t hide the worst of it. I always bring my own mattress covers, pillow protectors, and bedding when traveling, and even then had to wash everything with bleach. The bathroom shower tray was filthy, and the sink overflow piece kept falling out. The sofa wasn’t a sleeper—it had a pull-out section near the cushions that was extremely uncomfortable. The fabric was heavily stained, so we covered it entirely with a mattress cover. The bedroom curtains were mismatched and didn’t fit the window properly. The vertical blinds were damaged—some slats were missing or broken—so natural light streamed in despite them being closed. The advertised view of the CN Tower was ruined by the poor quality of the blinds. The balcony hadn’t been swept in ages and was cluttered. Overall, the unit felt unsafe and poorly maintained. I paid over $2,100 USD (about $2,887 CAD) for a four-night stay and have tried repeatedly to contact the host and operations manager with no response. I strongly advise against booking this unit—especially for solo female travelers, seniors, or families. This listing is deceptive and should be taken down. If the host ever reaches out, I’ll update this review.

Hotel X Toronto, a Destination by Hyatt Hotel

Staying at Hotel X Toronto, a Destination by Hyatt was an excellent experience from start to finish. The room offered stunning views, and the 28th-floor Japanese restaurant delivered both delicious food and breathtaking cityscapes—perfect for a memorable dinner. The front desk staff were warm and helpful, making check-in smooth and welcoming. What really stood out was how close the hotel is to the Coca-Cola Coliseum—ideal for concerts or events, with easy access whether walking or using public transit. The location, comfort, and service all hit the mark. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Toronto who values convenience and quality.

Four Seasons Hotel Toronto

Stayed for a few nights in the Deluxe Twin Room and was thoroughly impressed. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The staff went above and beyond with their warm and attentive service, making the experience feel truly special. Location-wise, it's unbeatable—right in the heart of Yorkville, steps away from top restaurants, boutiques, and attractions. Public transit access is also excellent. The only downside? The price is on the higher end, but considering everything else, it’s worth every penny. One thing to note: there’s ongoing construction just below the lobby, so if you're sensitive to noise, I’d recommend requesting a higher floor. We stayed on the 15th floor and had zero disturbance—perfect for a peaceful night’s sleep. Overall, an exceptional stay that exceeded expectations. Will definitely be back.

1 Hotel Toronto

My entire stay was fantastic! The check-in process was seamless and effortless. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to one featuring a balcony—though the view wasn’t much to write home about (just a glass facade above, so you’re mostly looking up). Still, the space felt spacious and well-designed. The room itself was incredibly comfortable, especially the bed—perfect for a good night’s sleep. The hotel boasts heated floors, but despite leaving the feature on for about 30 minutes, I didn’t notice any difference in temperature. That said, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. The ambiance is modern and calming, staff were attentive without being intrusive, and the location makes exploring downtown Toronto easy—just a short walk or quick transit ride away. For the quality, comfort, and service, this place truly delivers. Definitely coming back.

The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely attentive without being overbearing. The room was spacious, elegantly designed, and perfectly quiet, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Located just steps away from public transit, I found it easy to explore downtown, shopping areas, and great restaurants. The overall experience was beyond expectations—luxurious yet welcoming, and every little touch made me feel valued. If you're visiting Toronto, this is absolutely the place to stay.
