Staying at Holiday Inn Pattaya was an absolute delight! The hotel has two buildings, and I upgraded to the Bay building for an extra 1,500 THB—well worth it. The high-floor room offered breathtaking sea views that made every morning feel like a vacation. My kids absolutely loved the kids’ playground—they were busy having fun the whole time, and the childcare service was a game-changer, giving us parents some much-needed peace of mind. The pool area is thoughtfully separated into adult and children zones, and cleanliness was top-notch. Even when I arrived late for breakfast, a staff member kindly guided me to another building—such great service with a smile! From the location to the attention to detail, everything exceeded expectations. This is a truly memorable stay. I’d come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend it!

If they’re going to keep it open, hiring more skilled chefs would make a big difference. That said, the overall value and comfort made this a solid choice. The kids' club staff, Stewart and Lucas, were incredibly patient and attentive—our little ones loved learning how to cook with them and even danced by the pool. Plus, the free parking is a game-changer, especially if you're arriving by car. This time, they upgraded us to the top floor (31st), and wow—the view was incredible! The entire city and sea stretched out in front of me, perfect for sunset views. The room was spotless, comfortable, and staff were friendly and attentive. It’s not just convenient—it’s an experience.
