Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo-Shiodome

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! Right next to the subway station, getting around Tokyo was incredibly convenient—no need to worry about transportation at all. I stayed in a spacious executive suite with a generous late check-out, which was perfect for our busy travel schedule. The mini-bar was impressive, especially having Yamazaki 12-year-old whisky as part of the selection—a real surprise and a highlight of the stay. The facilities were brand new, spotlessly clean, and every detail felt thoughtfully designed. I loved that they provided disposable towels, plus comfy slippers and even hair ties—attention to detail really stood out. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. From arrival to departure, the experience was seamless and enjoyable. This is definitely a top-tier choice for travelers visiting Tokyo. I’ll be coming back without hesitation.

Hotel Villa Fontaine Tokyo-Nihombashi Hakozaki

This hotel absolutely blew us away with their exceptional service. We stayed for four days and three nights, and from the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond. On check-in, we asked about using Yamato Transport to send our luggage to the airport early—turns out they have this service right at the lobby, which is incredibly convenient. The staff told us we could do it one day in advance, but it actually required two days. We only found out the night before our departure, and had already paid. When we returned from DisneySea, we discovered our bags were still at the front desk. Right then, Manager Mr. Kei Tada personally approached us as soon as we stepped into the lobby—he even knelt down beside me to apologize sincerely for the mistake. He refunded our fees on the spot and arranged for all three of our large suitcases to be delivered to the airport the next morning at 5:30 a.m., completely free of charge (our flight was at 10:20 a.m.). We arrived at the airport at 7:25 a.m., and he was already waiting at the counter for over an hour. We were deeply touched by such dedication and care. Japanese hospitality truly lives up to its reputation—attentive, responsible, and heartfelt. The room itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, though not spacious—perfect for two travelers with a packed itinerary. We stayed here during our final three days in Japan before heading home, and had booked tickets to Universal Studios, Disneyland, and DisneySea. Our luggage was sent from Osaka and arrived at the hotel literally at the same time as we did—impressive coordination. The hotel’s location is ideal: just a 4-minute walk from TCAT (Tokyo City Air Terminal), making airport transfers super easy. There’s also a train station nearby, along the same route to TCAT, and a 7-Eleven right next door—very convenient for late-night snacks or essentials. We took the train directly to Universal Studios, but Disneyland and DisneySea required a transfer and a 19–20 minute walk. The morning walk was refreshing, but the return journey after a full day at the parks? Let’s just say it’s part of the charm of traveling in Japan—exhausting, yes, but totally worth it.

Even though the hotel is close to railway tracks, there’s almost no noise—perfect for a peaceful night’s sleep. And every morning, stepping outside, you’re greeted by a stunning view of Tokyo Tower. Inumo Shibakoen by Villa Fontaine

I’ve been wanting to stay at this hotel for ages, and finally got the chance to bring my dog along! The automatic doors made entry super easy—no stress with our furry friend. We took the elevator straight up to the room, and my pup was absolutely thrilled the moment we stepped in. The flooring is so soft and gentle on paws—perfect for a four-legged traveler like ours. While the view from the window is mostly office buildings (and no Tokyo Tower in sight), it actually made exploring the neighborhood even more fun—whether strolling during the day or enjoying the evening lights. And the dog run? Way bigger than I expected! My dog ran around nonstop, totally happy and exhausted by the end. It’s clear this place was designed with pets in mind. A truly memorable stay with amazing value.

The Peninsula Tokyo

Staying at The Peninsula Tokyo was an absolute delight. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Ginza, with easy access to both JR and subway lines, making exploring the city effortless. The hotel’s design stays true to the Peninsula’s signature elegance: timeless, sophisticated, and quietly luxurious. While some areas show signs of age and could benefit from a refresh, the service remains consistently exceptional—attentive, discreet, and genuinely warm. I especially loved the bath amenities; the shower gel had a subtle, refreshing scent that made every moment in the bathroom feel like a little retreat. It’s clear this place still values the details that make a stay memorable. For anyone seeking a refined urban escape in Tokyo, this is a top-tier choice.

Shangri-La Tokyo

Staying at Shangri-La Tokyo was an absolute delight. The location is incredibly convenient—just steps from the subway station, making it easy to explore anywhere in Tokyo, even on rainy days. The direct link to Marui Department Store means shopping is effortless and comfortable. Taxis are readily available just outside the hotel entrance. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout our stay. One minor note: the view toward Mount Fuji is beautiful when the weather permits, but the train tracks nearby do produce some noise, even at higher floors. That said, it’s a small trade-off for such a prime location and exceptional service. Overall, this hotel delivers on comfort, convenience, and value—definitely planning to return.

Hilton Tokyo Odaiba

Staying at Hilton Tokyo Odaiba was an absolute highlight of my trip! The best part? Our room’s balcony offered a perfect view of the Odaiba fireworks display—completely uninterrupted and magical, especially under the night sky. The hotel itself is immaculately clean with well-maintained facilities, and the room was generously sized for a city hotel, making it feel spacious and comfortable. It's incredibly convenient—just a short walk from Odaiba Station, so getting into central Tokyo couldn’t be easier. Despite being near railway lines, the rooms were surprisingly quiet at night, thanks to excellent soundproofing. No noise disturbance whatsoever, which made for a restful sleep. From the location to the views, service, and overall vibe, this place truly delivers on every level. I’d definitely book again—highly recommend!

Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi

Staying at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi was an absolute delight. Right next to Tokyo Station, it’s just a short walk from the Marunouchi and Yaesu South exits—especially convenient if you’re arriving from the airport. We were a family of three, and instead of booking two separate rooms elsewhere, we opted for one room with an extra bed at the Four Seasons. It worked out perfectly—spacious, comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality. The doorman even greeted us with a friendly smile, and our little one was happily handed some chocolates and treats. Walking to Ginza took only about ten minutes—perfect for exploring on foot. My son was especially excited to visit Itoya stationery store, and we enjoyed strolling through the area without feeling rushed. Location, service, comfort, and attention to detail all hit top marks. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s a memorable experience. Highly recommend for travelers who value quality and convenience.

InterContinental Tokyo Bay

The entire experience was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, every request I made—like a quiet, non-smoking room near the elevator—was thoughtfully accommodated. Staff greeted us right at the entrance and even carried our luggage straight to the room, making check-in effortless. Throughout our eight-day stay, the room was spotless every single day, which is rare but appreciated. The view from the window? Directly overlooking Tokyo Bay—sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking. But what truly stood out was how quickly and sincerely the front desk responded whenever we needed anything. Whether it was extra towels or a late-night snack, they acted fast and with genuine care. It’s clear this hotel values guest satisfaction beyond just comfort—it’s about creating memorable moments. I’d return in a heartbeat.

The Prince Park Tower Tokyo - Preferred Hotels & Resorts, LVX Collection

Staying at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo and being able to fall asleep with the Tokyo Tower just outside my window was an unforgettable experience. I actually upgraded my room on-site (for a small fee), and the staff were incredibly helpful—they even arranged my check-in time between 7:17 PM and 11:17 PM, which worked out perfectly. Of course, we made it to the Sky Lounge on the 33rd floor—there’s a minimum spend, but honestly, the view is worth every penny. Sipping a drink while overlooking the glowing city lights and the iconic tower was pure magic. This hotel delivers beyond expectations, and I can’t wait to come back.
