Staying at this luxury five-star hotel was an absolute dream come true—definitely one of the most upscale experiences I’ve had in Ho Chi Minh City. The views from the high floor are breathtaking, offering panoramic vistas of the city skyline, and the facilities are top-notch. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Even though I didn’t mention my birthday during check-in, the staff somehow noticed and quietly arranged a small cake to be delivered to my room. Walking in and seeing it there completely took me by surprise—I was genuinely touched. It’s rare to encounter such thoughtful personalization, and it made the entire stay feel incredibly special. From the warm welcome to the attention to detail, every moment felt memorable. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s an experience worth repeating.
