She immediately stepped in, helped us contact the airport, smoothly switched between Chinese and Japanese, and even wrote a handwritten guide on how to take the train—so thoughtful and considerate. As travelers from Hunan, having someone who speaks Chinese made us feel so much more at ease. The hotel’s location is fantastic—just a 1-minute walk from JR Fushimi Station. Everything is super accessible: it’s just one stop to Umeda, close to Shinsaibashi, and only 20–30 minutes to Universal Studios Japan. Kyoto and Nara are also easy to reach. The street right outside has a lively vibe with local izakayas perfect for evening drinks and snacks. There’s also a 7-Eleven and Yoshinoya nearby—great for quick meals. Just behind the hotel is a Hankyu supermarket where you can grab fresh produce, drinks, and daily essentials. The room was spotless—no unpleasant odors at all—and the shower gel left skin feeling soft. We stayed in a superior king room, which comfortably fit both our 24-inch and 26-inch suitcases. There’s a fridge in the room, and the second-floor lobby has a laundry machine and microwave. Every day, fresh bottled water and new trash bags were neatly hung on the door handle—such a nice touch. Wi-Fi was strong throughout, and thanks to the late-night train schedule (mostly stopping after 11 PM), there was absolutely no noise—perfect for a restful sleep.
