But as soon as we stepped through the hotel’s revolving doors, everything changed. The subtle ambient scent in the lobby instantly refreshed me, even after feeling slightly queasy from the trip. The doorman’s warm welcome and the front desk staff’s attentive service made us feel instantly at home. The room was spacious with excellent heating, and both the living and bedroom TVs supported screen mirroring. The capsule coffee was rich and delicious, perfect for a relaxing evening. After soaking in the bathtub while watching TV, I headed up to the 5th floor gym—clean facilities, a well-maintained pool, and even a massage tub in the changing area. We dined at the 11th-floor restaurant and ordered the 98 RMB family meal—perfectly portioned for our group of three adults and two kids. It was filling, delicious, and great value. Our family room had a window, allowing plenty of natural light, and felt spacious and well-maintained. Most importantly, the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming—they greeted us with smiles every time we passed by. This level of hospitality really made the stay feel special. Highly recommend this hotel for families or travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and a homey vibe.
