When one of our parents wasn’t feeling well, the team kindly allowed us to take breakfast back to the room—such thoughtful flexibility. Housekeeping staff always smiled and said hello, making us feel truly at home. The pool is exceptional—crystal-clear water with perfect temperature, far better than many other hotels we’ve stayed in. It’s definitely a must-visit spot. The fitness center is top-notch, equipped with modern machines, plus there’s a sauna, table tennis, and even snooker—a fantastic bonus for relaxation and fun. We traveled with our parents in their 80s, and the staff were incredibly attentive and considerate throughout. Everything you’d want for dining, shopping, and exploring is within easy reach, especially being so close to the lively Huimin Street area. We dined at the 11th-floor restaurant and ordered the 98 RMB family meal—perfectly portioned for our group of three adults and two kids. It was filling, delicious, and great value. Our family room had a window, allowing plenty of natural light, and felt spacious and well-maintained. Most importantly, the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming—they greeted us with smiles every time we passed by. This level of hospitality really made the stay feel special. Highly recommend this hotel for families or travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and a homey vibe.

Also, no one at the front desk asked if I was driving, which is something I’d expect from a higher-end hotel—proactively offering parking information or assistance would make the stay even more seamless. These are minor points, but with a perfect 10/10 rating, this hotel is already very close to excellence. Just a few thoughtful touches could make it truly outstanding.
