The front desk team went above and beyond by gifting our elderly parents a pair of herbal massage mallets, which they loved so much they asked for another the next day. When one of our parents wasn’t feeling well, the team kindly allowed us to take breakfast back to the room—such thoughtful flexibility. Housekeeping staff always smiled and said hello, making us feel truly at home. The pool is exceptional—crystal-clear water with perfect temperature, far better than many other hotels we’ve stayed in. It’s definitely a must-visit spot. The fitness center is top-notch, equipped with modern machines, plus there’s a sauna, table tennis, and even snooker—a fantastic bonus for relaxation and fun. We traveled with our parents in their 80s, and the staff were incredibly attentive and considerate throughout. The option to request an extra bed made the space even more comfortable for family travel. Our room was spacious and fully equipped with kitchenware and a washing machine—perfect for longer stays. We dined at the 11th-floor restaurant and ordered the 98 RMB family meal—perfectly portioned for our group of three adults and two kids. It was filling, delicious, and great value. Our family room had a window, allowing plenty of natural light, and felt spacious and well-maintained. Most importantly, the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming—they greeted us with smiles every time we passed by. This level of hospitality really made the stay feel special. Highly recommend this hotel for families or travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and a homey vibe.

The previous place had a strong and unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in. In contrast, this hotel offers a clean, modern, and well-maintained environment with professional front desk service—something you really appreciate when traveling. It's also incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Jixiangcun Metro Station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are equipped with great gaming setups and fast internet, perfect for both work and play. The overall value is excellent, and I’d absolutely return next time I’m in Xi’an. Highly recommended!

Also, no one at the front desk asked if I was driving, which is something I’d expect from a higher-end hotel—proactively offering parking information or assistance would make the stay even more seamless.
