I especially loved the truffle-infused poached egg; it was rich, creamy, and unforgettable. There were plenty of other egg preparations too, all well-executed. On top of that, the service from Sylvia stood out—she was attentive, friendly, and responded to every request promptly. From the view to the food to the staff, everything felt premium and thoughtfully curated. Florence, one of the staff members, went above and beyond with her thoughtful and attentive service—she anticipated needs before they were even voiced. The minibar in the room was well-stocked with a great variety of soft drinks, and the afternoon happy hour offered delicious bites with beautifully presented plating that added to the overall vibe. After returning from dinner, I was pleasantly surprised by a complimentary bedtime drink thoughtfully left by Florence—such a small gesture, but it truly made the stay special. Her kindness and professionalism stood out throughout my visit. This is not just a place to stay; it’s an experience worth repeating.
