I stayed at HanTing Hotel (Beijing Yonghegong Hepingli Subway Station) and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is located within a quiet courtyard, which makes it feel peaceful despite being close to the subway entrance. Getting there by taxi was easy—the driver could pull right up to the main gate. I especially loved the tree-lined path filled with ginkgo trees leading into the compound—beautiful in autumn. The room isn’t huge, but it’s well-proportioned and comfortable for a short stay. The front desk staff were friendly and proactive—they offered toiletries without being asked and even helped me use the microwave. That kind of attention to detail made a big difference. The only drawbacks were slightly poor sound insulation (some noise from adjacent rooms came through), and the hairdryer was quite old and weak. Also, no shower slippers were provided, so guests have to go barefoot unless they bring their own. A small improvement would be adding plastic slippers and offering an on-site self-service laundry option. Despite these minor issues, the location, cleanliness, and value for money make this a solid choice. I’d definitely consider staying here again when visiting Beijing.
The staff at the front desk are incredibly polite and always greet you warmly whenever you come or go—such a nice touch! The room was spotless, fresh, and free of any unpleasant odors. Housekeeping is prompt and thorough, which made the stay feel very comfortable. While it’s about a 10-minute walk to the nearby light rail station, the location is still convenient for accessing key areas like Yansha Mall and Sanyuanqiao. What stood out most was the room size—significantly larger than other hotels in the same price range. It felt spacious and relaxing, making it a real highlight. For the value offered, this is definitely a top choice for future visits to Beijing. Highly recommend it!
Staying at HanTing Hotel (Beijing University of International Business and Economics) was an absolutely refreshing experience. From the moment I walked into my room, the cleanliness stood out—no dust on the desk, spotless floors that felt safe to walk on barefoot, and even the bathroom sink was completely dry with no water marks. It’s clear they pay attention to every detail. The staff were incredibly welcoming too—the front desk team helped carry my luggage and took time to share local tips on nearby attractions and great places to eat. When I had a small issue, customer service responded within minutes, and their friendly, patient attitude made all the difference. Everything about this stay felt seamless and thoughtful. If you’re visiting Beijing, this is definitely a top pick for comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality. I’ll be coming back—and recommending it to everyone I know.
Staying at this HanTing Hotel was an absolute delight! The location is incredibly convenient—just a five-minute walk to the embassy, making it perfect for those applying for a U.S. visa. I saved money on luggage storage just by choosing this spot. The room was spacious enough without feeling cramped, and everything was spotlessly clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the updated design of the new HanTing concept—it feels fresh, modern, and well thought out. The mattress was comfortable, the lighting was just right, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s rare to find such a great value experience in a budget-friendly chain, but this one truly stands out. Definitely a top pick for my next trip to Beijing!
Staying at HanTing Hotel (Beijing Yansha Xinyuanli) was an absolutely delightful experience. The room was spotlessly clean—perfect for someone like me who’s sensitive to dust. The linens were crisp and fresh, making for a restful night's sleep. The staff went above and beyond with their warm, friendly service and attention to detail in cleaning—every corner felt cared for. I was especially impressed by the 8th-floor rooftop terrace, which made for a charming winter spot to enjoy snow play. Even though it was chilly, the open-air setting offered a unique and cozy vibe. Located just minutes from Yansha shopping district via subway, it’s both convenient and well-positioned. With such great value, comfort, and hospitality, I’d definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing.
Staying at HanTing Hotel (Beijing Wangjing 798 Art Zone) was an absolutely delightful experience. The room was spotlessly clean, with a fresh and inviting atmosphere from the moment I walked in—bedding was comfortable, and everything felt well-maintained. The lobby had a subtle, pleasant scent that added to the overall calming vibe. What really stood out was the staff’s warm and friendly attitude—they even surprised me with a complimentary latte, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is fantastic too—just a short walk to the 798 Art Zone, and super convenient for getting around Beijing via subway. It's rare to find such great value with excellent service and a prime location. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.
Check-in was a breeze thanks to the friendly and attentive staff who were patient, polite, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a quiet, elegant vibe—no unpleasant odors at all, which I really appreciate. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with just the right firmness, and the linens were fresh and crisp. Towels were soft and spotless—small details that show real care. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere; it felt like a little retreat in the middle of the city. Breakfast was satisfying, with a good variety of options and tasty flavors. Everything about this stay exceeded expectations. If you're looking for a reliable, well-run hotel with great value and a home-like comfort, this is definitely worth considering. Five stars without hesitation!
Staying at this HanTing Hotel was a pleasant surprise! The location is incredibly convenient—most places I wanted to visit were just two subway stops away, and I didn’t even need to transfer. The station is literally right outside the door, so getting to and from the hotel was effortless, even with luggage. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming—always smiling, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. They made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. I slept really well and felt refreshed every morning. If I’m ever back in Beijing, this will be my top choice again. Great value, excellent service, and a fantastic spot for exploring the city.
Just snapped this photo right after checkout. The hotel's location is perfect—just a short walk to the subway, super convenient for getting around. I biked to Nanluoguxiang, Shichahai, and the Drum Tower in about 30 minutes, passing by Guojie along the way—great for late-night snacks. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean; even with two large suitcases laid flat, there was still plenty of room to move around. When I arrived alone with two heavy bags, the front desk staff noticed and kindly offered to carry one suitcase all the way up to my room—such a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious and priced lower than any other HanTing I've stayed at before. It felt like a real value for money. If I ever come back to Beijing, this will definitely be my go-to choice.
Our first trip to Beijing with the family was made unforgettable by staying at Four Seasons Hotel Beijing. From the moment we arrived, every detail felt thoughtfully crafted. Special thanks to Henry from the concierge team for the little bunny he gave our daughter—she’s been carrying it everywhere ever since, absolutely smitten! We were also touched by Rebecca and Ethan from guest experience, who prepared a special photo frame as a keepsake. When we returned to our room, my daughter spotted it instantly and exclaimed, 'This is me and Daddy!' The joy and emotion in that moment brought tears to our eyes. The warmth and personal touch from every staff member made us feel truly welcomed, especially during Beijing’s chilly winter. It wasn’t just a hotel stay—it felt like coming home. We’re already planning our next visit, and there’s no place else we’d rather stay. Thank you for making our memories so precious.
Every weekend, I look forward to unwinding with a little peace and quiet—just me, a good book, and a break from the daily grind. Lately, my go-to has been the Executive Room at Kempinski Hotel Beijing Yansha Center, and it’s quickly become my cherished weekend ritual. Sure, the room is more compact compared to other luxury hotels, but the view of the Liangma River from the window makes every moment feel special—so serene, so picturesque, I can’t help but linger by the window. The highlight? The lounge’s afternoon tea and dinner. The food is exceptional—rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and far beyond what you’d expect at many five-star properties. On New Year’s Day, I was delighted to see service staff Feng Xiangchao again. He remembered my preference for warm dishes and kindly heated up the seafood before serving—such thoughtful attention to detail. The next day, another team member, He Xu, took time to recommend the best desserts and gently reminded parents to watch the kids—small things that show how genuinely care about guests’ comfort. During dinner, I met a couple with their child, who shared they also make it a habit to visit a luxury hotel every weekend. After trying several places, they keep coming back to Kempinski—not just for the food or rooms, but because of the warmth, the genuine hospitality, and that sense of home. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s a sanctuary. A place where stress melts away, and memories are made. This year, we’ve already booked our Lunar New Year stay. Can’t wait to return and relive that feeling all over again.
Among the Crowne Plaza properties in Beijing, this Sun Palace location has consistently stood out for me—maybe because it feels newer compared to others like YouTang, Zhongguancun, or Lido. The overall facilities and room design are modern and well thought out, making the stay genuinely comfortable. It's conveniently located just outside the Northeast 3rd Ring Road, with easy access to subway stations nearby—perfect if you're relying on public transit. Driving in? Parking is only 40 RMB per day, which is very reasonable. Right now, the lobby is beautifully decorated with a stunning Christmas tree and festive touches throughout—definitely sets a cheerful mood. The elevators automatically light up your floor when you swipe your key card—a nice tech touch. Room space is generous, clean, and well-organized, with both shower and bathtub available. Even small details like alcohol wipes, toilet seat covers, and bath mats were thoughtfully provided. Only minor note: the hairdryer wasn’t the most powerful. The rooftop lounge on the 23rd floor offers afternoon tea and happy hour for guests with privileges—great for unwinding. Breakfast at the ground-floor restaurant was fantastic: a wide variety of coffee options, freshly made, plus an unexpected highlight—hard-boiled eggs already peeled! There’s also a great selection of soups, main dishes, desserts, and drinks. The 25-meter pool is spacious and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat. Staff service was excellent throughout—special thanks to Alice at reception, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve had in Beijing, and I’ll definitely be back.
