The staff in the restaurant were incredibly warm and welcoming, especially one of the ladies preparing meals; her cheerful attitude really lifted the mood during our stay. However, the cleaning staff left much to be desired—seen scrolling through their phone with headphones on while tidying up, and even hiding fruit and claiming it was gone, as if we were supposed to take it back! It felt a bit unprofessional. Despite that small issue, the overall experience was excellent. The location, comfort, and friendly service make this a great choice for travelers looking for value and convenience.

Staying at The Westin Pazhou in Guangzhou was an absolutely fantastic experience. The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, especially the Heavenly Bed—so soft and supportive that I slept like a baby. They upgraded me to a high-floor riverside view room, and the panoramic views of the Pearl River were breathtaking. Waking up to that view was pure joy. Breakfast was included and exceeded expectations—plenty of variety, from delicious dim sum (the rice noodle rolls were amazing) to fresh fruits and western options. Staff were attentive and responded instantly to any request—truly hospitality at its finest. Free parking is a big plus, and being just a 5-minute walk from the metro station makes exploring the city effortless. This hotel offers outstanding value for money and a memorable stay.
