The hotel’s interior design stands out with its creative use of irregular shapes, which might not be everyone’s taste, but I appreciated the unique character. What truly impressed me was the comfort of the bed—excellent mattress and high-quality linens made for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast offered both set menus and à la carte options, so there was something for everyone, and nothing went to waste. The staff—Liu Linlin, Xiao Xi, and Xiao Zheng—were incredibly warm and attentive. They helped with luggage, offered free yogurt and fresh fruit, and always had a smile. It felt less like staying in a hotel and more like being welcomed into a home. This place has a special charm, and I’ll definitely return.

The Executive Lounge perks were top-notch: great happy hour dinner, delicious breakfast, and a cozy space to unwind. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout—special thanks to Cecilia at check-in and Peter at checkout for their exceptional service. We’ve made this hotel our go-to spot for annual New Year gatherings with friends, and it never disappoints. One small suggestion: the bathroom toilet on the executive floor isn’t smart, so no heated seat or bidet function—this could be improved, especially during colder months. Also, only two bottles of water provided in the room are a bit minimal; while you can request more or grab some from the lounge, having them delivered directly would be more convenient. Still, these minor points don’t take away from the overall excellent experience. This place truly delivers luxury, comfort, and hospitality—highly recommended!

The service from our host Xuanxuan was exceptional—warm, attentive, and proactive. She called us the day before check-in to confirm our arrival time, and when we arrived, everything was already prepared. Staying at JW Marriott Hotel Beijing Central was a wonderful experience, especially for families. The hotel is just a short walk from the subway, making it super convenient to explore the city. Right next door is a shopping mall packed with great dining options—perfect for a family meal. The beds were spacious and comfortable, ideal for kids and adults alike. When I accidentally booked a king room, the front desk staff Nicole quickly and efficiently changed it to a twin bed setup—so helpful! Check-in was smooth, and the lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a festive atmosphere that my kids loved. They took lots of fun photos around the decor. From start to finish, everything was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel—it’s a fantastic choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Empark Prime Hotel Wangfujing

This was my second visit to Beijing and I was delighted to be placed in the same floor as my previous stay—this time in a quiet, well-separated room with stunning views of the China Tower skyline. The location is unbeatable: walking distance to the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and Wangfujing shopping district, while nearby Longfu Temple Market offers great dining options. On-site amenities are efficient, and the restaurant consistently delivers quality meals. That said, cleanliness this time didn’t quite match up to last year’s standard—hope they’ll take note and improve. Overall, it's still a top-tier choice for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and a central base in Beijing.

Staying at Beijing Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the front desk manager, Ms. Geng Xiaojuan, greeted me with calm professionalism and provided a detailed, insightful overview of the hotel’s historical events—her knowledge and demeanor were truly impressive. She even reminded me to take my charger when I left the room—a small but thoughtful touch that made a big difference. During winter, the dry air was addressed by providing complimentary mineral water in the room, which was such a nice gesture for hydration. The ambiance is timeless: elegant, refined, and steeped in history, yet warm and welcoming. The lobby shines with classic grandeur, and the rooms are beautifully maintained—bright, spacious, and impeccably clean. Everything feels fresh and well-kept, with no lingering odors, just a crisp, comfortable atmosphere. The smart control panel made adjusting lighting, temperature, and curtains effortless, enhancing relaxation. Service across the board was top-tier: attentive, intuitive, and genuinely caring without being overbearing. I also want to commend Li Maoban from the luggage team—he went out of his way to assist during check-out, offering a warm, human touch that stood out. Every detail, from cleanliness to comfort to personal care, reflects an unwavering commitment to excellence. This isn’t just a hotel; it’s a living piece of heritage. Beijing Marriott Executive Apartments（the Forbidden City，Tiananmen）

We stayed here for New Year’s Eve with my daughter, and it turned out to be an absolutely unforgettable experience. After wandering around Wangfujing for a while, we finally found this hotel—perfectly located, reasonably priced, and best of all, free parking. We both love serviced apartments because of the separate living area and small kitchen, which made our stay feel more like home. The room design was surprisingly thoughtful: a spacious living room, a quiet bedroom, a shower, and even a big soaking tub—despite the central location, the layout felt open and well-organized. Two bathrooms and ample closet space made everything convenient. Dining options were affordable too, perfect for longer stays or family trips. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, with just the right thickness of duvet for the room temperature. The bathrobe was soft and warm—so cozy I almost wanted to take it home! Staff were exceptional; they reached out via WeChat in advance to check if we had any special needs, and check-in/check-out went smoothly and stress-free. One tiny suggestion: after cleaning, could they please switch the showerhead back to handheld mode? I wasn’t planning to shower, but when I turned it on, water came pouring down from the ceiling fixture—my clothes got soaked! Still, that’s just a minor quirk. Overall, the entire experience was magical, especially celebrating the New Year with my daughter. Thank you for such a wonderful memory!
