I’ve always admired Rosewood’s design aesthetic, and this stay didn’t disappoint—the executive suite might not be huge, but the view from the windows is absolutely unbeatable. Even the little touches, like my initials embroidered on the pillowcase, made the experience feel personal and special. The executive lounge exceeded expectations—both the food quality and service were outstanding, easily among the best I’ve experienced in China. The location makes it ideal for both business travelers and tourists. Even though it’s part of the Metropark brand, guests can still earn IHG Rewards points and enjoy member benefits—a nice perk many might not expect. The hotel has a bit of vintage character in its design, but it’s far from outdated; rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with Balmain amenities that add a touch of luxury. The scent of the toiletries is subtle yet refreshing. Most impressively, every staff member I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful—going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. This isn’t just a place to sleep—it’s an experience worth repeating.

We stayed at Yunli Hotel during a family trip to Labubu City Park, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The photos and reviews online looked promising, and with the great value for money, we decided to book two nights. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming—check-in was smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary room upgrade. Walking into the room, everything matched the pictures perfectly, no disappointment at all. I especially loved the bathroom layout—separate areas for the sink, shower, and toilet. This made the space feel cleaner and more private, and the toilet never got wet from splashes. The shower pressure was strong, and the water temperature was consistent, making for a relaxing bath. The sink is integrated into the living area, allowing easy access from both sides, which is super convenient. The mirror is large and swivels, plus there’s a built-in vanity light—perfect for makeup. The bed was comfortable, with two pillows: one memory foam and one soft foam, so we could pick our favorite. The backrest support was also nice. There’s a small fridge near the sink, towels stored underneath, and a powerful hairdryer that dries hair quickly. The smart curtains and bedside control panel are very user-friendly, and a charging cable was already provided. In winter, you need to turn on the AC yourself—on the first night I forgot, and the window side was chilly. After setting the AC to 24°C the next morning, it warmed up nicely, and we slept much better the second night. Definitely remember to set the temperature upon arrival! The TV works well, and there’s a small sofa and round table where we enjoyed ordering in food. Daily housekeeping came by to take out trash, clean the floor, and replace towels and slippers without needing to ask. Robot delivery service was fun and efficient, and breakfast was good—since I love stir-fried dishes, I had them both days and wasn’t disappointed. Overall, the value here is outstanding compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at. On the last day, I accidentally left some chilled items behind, but the front desk staff kindly arranged a courier (SF Express) to send them back—huge thanks for that! We’ll definitely come back again.

What really touched me was the extra touches: fresh fruit upon arrival, complimentary late-night snacks, and when checking out, they kindly asked if I needed a late checkout and even handed me a small gift. Staff were always smiling, friendly, and responsive—never intrusive, but always there when needed. From location to amenities to service, this hotel nails every single aspect.
