Staying at W Shanghai - The Bund was an absolute highlight. From the moment I walked in, the design stole my breath—especially the view from the room. Whether it’s daytime or night, the Bund skyline with its iconic trio of buildings is simply breathtaking. The doorman was incredibly welcoming, helping with luggage and giving clear directions—such a warm touch. The room itself was spotless, bright, and incredibly peaceful. The bed and pillows were luxurious; I slept like a baby with zero noise disturbance. The location is unbeatable—right next to White Lotus Plaza, just a short stroll to North Bund Park for a relaxing coffee and walk along the river. You get all the beauty of the Bund without the crowds. This place offers both luxury and serenity in one perfect package. I’ll definitely be back.

Special thanks to Lorna from the guest relations team—amazingly patient and professional despite the massive crowds on such a busy holiday. She handled all my concerns with care and efficiency. The service quality is truly consistent with Hyatt’s world-class standards: warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Even with high demand at The Club Lounge, staff still offered gracious, low-bow service to members—such a nice touch. The welcome fruit and breakfast were both delicious and well-prepared. And the view? Absolutely breathtaking. The Bund skyline is stunning day or night—definitely worth every moment spent by the window. I’ve already taken countless photos and can’t wait to come back. This hotel delivers on all fronts—perfect for travelers seeking luxury, comfort, and unforgettable scenery.
