Even after a long journey, I felt instantly relaxed. Xiao Luo and Xiao Wang went above and beyond with their thoughtful attention to detail—always ready with a kind word or helpful suggestion. Our housekeeper, Xiao Tang, brought fresh fruit that tasted sweet and refreshing, and room attendant Miss Tian left behind not just a spotless room but also a little note with honey—a small gesture, but it truly touched my heart. Every interaction felt personal, authentic, and full of care. This wasn’t just a hotel stay—it was a memorable experience filled with kindness and comfort. Staying at Home2 Suites by Hilton Wuhan Xudong was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The on-site restaurant is clean, with fresh and tasty food—breakfast options were varied and satisfying. The front desk staff went above and beyond with their warm, friendly service and even upgraded my room at no extra cost—a nice surprise! The room itself was spacious, well-designed, and incredibly comfortable, with a great bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. Everything I needed was there: a helpful ironing board, modern amenities, and plenty of storage. The fitness center and laundry facilities were spotless and easy to use. What really stood out was how the staff took care of the laundry—they neatly folded and returned my clothes, which felt like a thoughtful personal touch. Located in a convenient area, it's easy to get around via metro or taxi, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value and comfort. I’ve always felt confident staying at chain hotels, so I deliberately chose this Campanile Hotel, and it definitely lived up to expectations. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall hygiene was excellent. Water pressure in the shower was strong—no waiting for hot water! Getting a taxi from the front door was effortless, and the metro station is just a 2-3 minute walk away. It’s super convenient for exploring: East Lake is only two stops on the metro, and the museum is three stops away. The breakfast spread was impressive—great variety with both Western and Chinese options, satisfying and well-balanced. Excellent value for money. I’ll definitely be back here on my next trip to Wuhan and highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

Chutian Guangdong International Hotel

Stayed here during New Year’s Day and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the bed was huge—perfectly comfortable with a 2-meter width. My favorite part? The room faced directly toward the Hubei Provincial Museum, so every morning I woke up to a stunning view of the museum entrance right outside my window. The front desk staff, especially Miss Hu Lanxiang, went above and beyond—she upgraded me from the 4th to the 6th floor without hesitation, and the view from the higher floor was simply breathtaking. There was a slight road noise at night, but it didn’t disturb my sleep at all. Parking was super convenient with plenty of spots available—no stress finding a space. One highlight was the complimentary warm red date soup served in the evening—it was such a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more relaxing. On check-out, I noticed a little note with a pair of sterilized slippers waiting for me—such a small detail, but it really showed how much they care about guest comfort.
