For lunch, we dined at 1913 Restaurant—the signature West Lake Fish in Vinegar Sauce was outstanding, balanced and authentic. Our photographer from Xiao Wan Photography, Xiao Guo, was professional and passionate; my sister loved every single shot of her in traditional cheongsam.
