The room was simple but perfectly adequate for my needs. That said, I’d recommend the staff look into the vibration issue causing the main window to pulse in sync with a motor running somewhere else in the building—this rhythmic noise made it really hard to get a good night’s sleep. It’s a small but noticeable detail that could be improved. Despite that, the hotel has a welcoming vibe, great location just minutes from downtown Wellington, and the team is friendly and helpful. If they address the noise issue, this place would be even more impressive. Overall, a solid choice for a comfortable stay.
