I could enjoy the stunning nighttime light show across both sides of the river from my window—absolutely breathtaking. The service was exceptional too, especially the front desk staff member, Xiao Cao. I accidentally left an item behind, and she reached out immediately to arrange shipping it back to me. That kind of care goes a long way. This place exceeded all expectations—great value, fantastic atmosphere, and unforgettable views. Stayed here with my ex-girlfriend, and honestly, the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed getaway. The hotel is conveniently located near Guanshaling Metro Station, making it easy to explore downtown Changsha by subway. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and feel modern—definitely not outdated. Everything from the furnishings to the bathroom was spotless and well-kept. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We received a complimentary coffee from Kuddi (went with the Golden Award Americano), which was delicious and just the right boost after a long day. We also got a discount voucher for Huaxia Liangzi in West Changsha City Hall, though we didn’t get to use it this time. Overall, the experience was excellent—great location, cleanliness, service, and added perks make this a strong recommendation. I’d definitely stay here again.
