Chengdu Jinniu EVEN Hotels

My stay at Chengdu Jinniu EVEN Hotels was absolutely outstanding—10 out of 10 without a doubt! I especially want to highlight the amazing service from front desk staff Xiao Huang and Xiao Zhang. Check-in was quick, smooth, and professional, and they even proactively shared details about the laundry service and breakfast hours—such a thoughtful touch. Later in the evening, I had a small issue upon returning to the hotel, and reaching out for help was the best decision. They responded instantly with genuine care and enthusiasm, never once showing frustration. Their dedication made the entire trip feel more relaxed and enjoyable. The hotel itself is quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located near public transit. It’s clear that guest comfort is a top priority here. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chengdu.

Minya Hotel

Staying at Minya Hotel in Chengdu was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff—especially Miss Xu—made me feel truly welcome with her warm and attentive service. She personally arranged a spacious room for me and even took extra care to ensure my safety, which made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is perfect: just steps away from a metro station, and right next to a lively local food street. I could grab delicious street food or head out for sightseeing without any hassle. Everything was so convenient, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. I genuinely enjoyed every moment of my visit and can’t wait to come back—this place has already earned a permanent spot on my travel list.

Millennium Hotel Chengdu

Staying at Millennium Hotel Chengdu (South Station Branch) was a great experience overall. The room I booked was a scenic view room with plenty of space, and the view across the street to Xianshentree Park was absolutely stunning—perfect for morning light or evening city views. However, the windows were completely non-operable, which made ventilation an issue. I understand safety concerns due to the high floor level, but allowing a small opening would be much more practical than having no airflow at all. The staff were excellent—especially the concierge who helped me collect my package, saving me a lot of time. For food delivery, unfortunately, you have to go downstairs yourself to pick it up; a robot delivery service would be a nice upgrade. The laundry room only has one dryer, which became a major bottleneck during peak holiday periods—adding another unit would make a big difference. On the hygiene side, there’s room for improvement: no trash bags in any of the bins, making them uncomfortable to use, and there were stubborn stains on the bathroom floor that weren’t visible until I moved the carpet accidentally. Despite these minor issues, the hotel met my expectations. Great location, good value, and I’d definitely choose this place again when visiting Chengdu.

Renhe Spring Hotel

Honestly, I was blown away! We originally booked just one night, but after checking in, we extended for two more nights—so much so that we ended up staying five nights total. The room was spacious and well-designed: the bathroom and walk-in closet were generously sized, with a large desk, a cozy double sofa, and a coffee table perfect for family meals or just relaxing with tea. Everything felt clean and well-maintained—the light-colored carpet looked pristine, no odors at all. As a parent traveling with kids, this kind of hygiene and freshness is everything. The service was exceptional too, especially from Yang Shuang at reception. She noticed we had children right away and immediately gifted us a panda plushie, upgraded our room, and even provided complimentary breakfast for the little ones. It was such a thoughtful touch. Our kids absolutely loved it, and the breakfast spread was fantastic—especially the dan dan noodles, which became a daily must-have. The location couldn’t be better: just 20 meters from the subway station, making travel around Chengdu super easy. A short taxi ride to the airport (about 30 minutes) was affordable, and attractions like Du Fu’s Thatched Cottage were just a few hundred meters away. Right outside the hotel, you’ve got shopping options including Starbucks, a great Sichuan restaurant, luxury brands like Rolex, and more—great taste, great convenience. This trip to Chengdu was unforgettable, and the Renhe Spring Hotel made it even better. Even with a 4:30 AM flight, they happily granted us a late check-out until 2 PM—such a relief! I’ll definitely be back.

The hotel is perfectly located just steps from shopping districts and major attractions, and public transportation is super convenient. The overall ambiance is serene and elegant, with a high-end lobby design that sets the tone for a peaceful, luxurious stay. It’s clear this place cares about guest experience at every level. I was genuinely blown away by this stay—far exceeded my expectations! The hotel is perfectly nestled next to Tianfu Art Park, so every morning I woke up to lush greenery outside the window and birds chirping in the trees. It felt like a peaceful retreat right in the heart of the city. The room design is modern yet cozy, with a comfortable bed that made for an excellent night’s sleep. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. Staff were incredibly warm and attentive—from check-in to daily service, they went above and beyond without being intrusive. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the laundry room is super convenient for longer stays. Breakfast was a highlight: a wide variety of options from fresh pastries to local specialties, all tasty and freshly prepared. But honestly, the best part? Just stepping out the door and walking straight into the park. Morning strolls or evening walks among the art installations and gardens were pure joy. Staying at Chengdu Jinfu Ramada was a delightful experience overall. The room showed a bit of age, but it was spotlessly clean and well-maintained—definitely not an issue. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even upgraded my room at no extra cost, which was a lovely surprise. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout the stay. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, with good quality options. The service staff, especially one of the ladies, stood out for her warmth and local knowledge—she gave us great tips on getting around and even reminded me to bring an umbrella since the weather had been unpredictable lately. That small gesture really made the trip more comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value and genuine hospitality.

Chengdu Jinyun Hotel

Stayed at Chengdu Jinyun Hotel for a local event with friends and was genuinely impressed from the moment we arrived. The twin room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Upon check-in, we were greeted with a handwritten note and a small fruit platter, which added such a personal touch. The next morning, housekeeping went above and beyond by leaving a mouse pad for my friend who’s always working on the go—such a thoughtful gesture! The hotel itself has a modern, elegant vibe with great lighting and stylish design, making it an amazing backdrop for photos no matter the time of day. The atmosphere felt welcoming and upscale without being pretentious. Overall, the experience was outstanding—from the attention to detail to the warm service. Louis Castle Sycamore Hotel

Staying at Louis Castle Sycamore Hotel was an absolute delight from the moment I walked in. Designed by CCD Hong Kong's Chung Chong Design Studio, this French-inspired castle hotel exudes elegance and sophistication at every turn. The lobby alone is a showstopper—rich vintage vibes mixed with stunning copper art pieces create a timeless atmosphere. Every corner feels like a scene from a film, effortlessly capturing that perfect shot whether you're going for a retro, royal, or Parisian chic look—no need to overthink angles. I reached out to the front desk ahead of check-in about a late checkout, and they responded with a warm yes—so easy and accommodating! Check-in took just three minutes, smooth and efficient. Stepping into my room was like entering a dream: a beautifully curated vintage palette paired with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light.
