Our stay at Comfort Hotel was fantastic overall! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Niagara Falls attractions, and everything we needed was within easy reach. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly service and helpful attitude. Breakfast was a highlight: fresh, well-prepared, and offered a great variety of options. The only minor drawbacks were the mattress, which felt a bit too soft for our taste, and the pillows—definitely not comfortable for side sleepers. The air conditioning could have been cooler, as the room stayed on the humid side throughout the night. Still, these were small issues in an otherwise excellent experience. The price was fair, but we were surprised by the additional parking fee. It would’ve been a nice touch if parking were included. That said, we’d definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again without hesitation.
