What really stood out was the exceptional guest service: I ordered takeout and forgot to bring utensils. The front desk went above and beyond—they reached out to the restaurant outside and arranged for forks and spoons to be delivered straight to my room. That level of care made such a difference. Clean rooms, excellent location, and thoughtful staff—it’s clear this hotel values guest comfort. A perfect base for exploring Sentosa, and I’ll definitely be back.
