I was genuinely surprised—I almost said, 'Do you read minds?' That small but thoughtful gesture perfectly captured the hotel’s service philosophy: genuine care, proactive hospitality, and attention to detail. The rooms were warm and cozy, especially during winter, and the breakfast spread was fantastic—plenty of variety, including authentic Wuhan favorites like reed noodles and doupi, plus excellent coffee. I even recommended the hotel to friends while riding the high-speed train back home.
