Parking is complimentary and seamlessly connected to the mall’s system, which made arriving and leaving so hassle-free, especially for those driving. The overall atmosphere is quiet yet modern, with excellent facilities and a great sense of cleanliness. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed. The hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped with lush green lawns that make for stunning photos, especially in the early hours when everything feels calm and fresh. Despite being in the heart of Wuhan, the atmosphere inside is serene and quiet—a true escape from the urban buzz. The staff went above and beyond; I’ll never forget how service staff member Xiao Gong noticed us taking photos in the lobby and kindly stepped in to help capture our group shot. He even wished us a happy new year with a warm smile. Such thoughtful gestures make all the difference. The riverside room offered stunning views of the Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, especially during sunset—truly picturesque. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and pleasant. One major plus: there’s on-site parking right at the entrance, which is super convenient for those driving. However, if you're arriving by car, don’t just type in the hotel name directly into your GPS—doing so will lead you down a narrow alleyway that’s tricky to navigate. Instead, aim for the hotel entrance from Zhangzhidong Avenue to avoid confusion. Also worth noting: not all rooms have river views. I booked a non-riverside room on my first day, but after upgrading and requesting a riverside view for my second night, the view was absolutely worth it. So definitely specify ‘riverside view’ when booking. Overall, the hotel delivers excellent value with its location, service, and comfort—highly recommend for travelers visiting Wuhan.
