It only took about 20 minutes to get to East Square, making it perfect for exploring the city without hassle. Around the hotel, there’s no shortage of great food and shopping—two convenient Haidilao locations within walking distance, and even Cha Yan Yue Se was just steps away. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a calm, elegant atmosphere. Every staff member we met was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. Special thanks to Tina Yu Ting from the Guest Services Lounge who made our check-in experience so smooth—she was especially attentive to our elderly family members and our kids, even gifting them little welcome treats. Our riverside room offered stunning views, and the natural light flooded in during the day, making every moment feel special. There’s also a unique collaboration store with the Provincial Museum—my kids loved browsing through the themed souvenirs, which were reasonably priced and perfect as gifts. The pool temperature was ideal for children, and they had a blast playing around. Breakfast was fantastic too—diverse options that catered to all tastes, with a strong focus on healthy eating. I especially want to commend Xinxin at the front desk—her warm, attentive service made a huge difference. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. The location is unbeatable: right next to shopping districts and just steps away from the bustling Sifangping Night Market. Plus, you can take a short cruise on the riverfront at the Delta area—perfect for a relaxing evening stroll or photos. The amenities are top-notch, with a well-maintained pool and a modern fitness center. Cleanliness is impressive—every corner feels spotless. And the bonus? Free late check-out until 2 PM, which gave us extra flexibility to enjoy our trip without rushing. Overall, this is an exceptional value for the quality and convenience. I’d definitely come back.
