One highlight was the Jiangsu-Zhejiang seafood restaurant on the 4th floor. We ordered room service for two meals, and it was absolutely fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. It felt like dining in a high-end restaurant without leaving the hotel. With great value, excellent service, and convenient access to the subway station, this place is a standout choice. I’ll definitely be returning next time I visit Xi'an.

Just a 10-minute walk to Muslim Quarter and within easy reach of Bell Tower Square—perfect for sightseeing. The on-site free parking is a big plus if you're traveling by car. The room was spotless, with a well-designed bathroom featuring a clear dry-wet separation—practical and clean. What truly stood out was the staff’s attention to detail: after checking out, I realized I'd left my glasses behind, and they called me twice to confirm whether I’d retrieved them. That kind of care goes beyond expectations. From the location to the cleanliness and service, every aspect felt thoughtfully curated. It's rare to find such a high level of comfort and hospitality in a central area—this place delivers on all fronts and earns every single point.
Staying at Novotel Xi'an Xinxing was an absolutely delightful experience. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained—everything you’d need for a comfortable stay, whether traveling for business or leisure. The room itself was bright, airy, and filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Cleanliness stood out immediately—no corners were overlooked, and the entire space felt spotless and fresh. The staff truly went above and beyond. Front desk agent Xiao Liu was especially welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and personalized. Housekeeping was prompt and discreet, always responding to needs without being intrusive. Located just steps from the Changle Park Metro Station, it’s incredibly convenient for getting around the city, including easy access to Xijing Hospital. Excellent value for money and a great base for exploring Xi’an. I’ll definitely be returning.
