Breakfast was a highlight: the local Xi’an dishes had authentic flavor, though not overly standout; however, the Western breakfast options were impressive—fresh, varied, and high quality. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—just a short walk from the Bell and Drum Towers, and very convenient access to the Wukou Metro Station. The surrounding area has plenty of dining options and daily necessities. Overall, a fantastic experience with great value for money. I’ll definitely be returning when I come back to Xi’an.

Staying at Fu Rong Ge Hotel was an absolute highlight of my trip to Xi'an. The room was immaculate—every corner spotless, with strong, consistent water pressure and perfectly stable temperature in the shower. I loved the complimentary afternoon tea served in the lobby lounge or the peaceful outdoor tea garden—ideal for relaxing or catching up with friends. The gym was well-equipped and surprisingly quiet, making it easy to work out without crowds. And the highlight? The Hanfu dressing service on the basement floor—affordable, free to try, and absolutely worth it. I dressed up and explored nearby attractions like the Night Market and Great Wild Goose Pagoda, snapping photos that looked straight out of a historical drama.
