Panicked and unable to contact my family or call a taxi, I shared my situation with the staff. A manager immediately stepped in—without hesitation, he used his own phone to call my husband, reconnecting us. He then arranged a ride for me and personally accompanied me to the train station, updating my husband on my location throughout the journey. The station is huge and crowded, so he helped us share real-time location until I safely met my husband. This simple act of kindness made such a difference during a stressful moment. It’s rare to find such genuine care in a hotel, especially when you’re far from home. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed—and now, I’m already planning to return. We brought our dog along, which usually causes a lot of stress when booking accommodations—but not here. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with an incredibly clean and thoughtfully designed space. The ground floor lounge has a cozy coffee corner where you can relax and even hang out with the resident cats—such a nice touch. What truly stood out was how welcoming and pet-friendly the staff were. When we went out exploring local attractions, they happily looked after our dog, letting it roam freely in the common area as if it were part of the family. It felt like our furry friend was spoiled rotten! The room itself was spotless, beautifully furnished, and set in a standalone villa, so opening the window brought in fresh air and peaceful views of greenery outside. Every detail was considered—from individually packaged toiletries to high-quality towels and slippers. No unpleasant odors, no clutter, just pure comfort. We genuinely didn’t want to check out.
