The on-site mall offers great dining options, shopping, and entertainment all in one place—perfect for a relaxed stay without needing to go far. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. Breakfast included both Chinese and Western options, and the quality was consistently good. What really stood out was the exceptional service. Teresa at reception was friendly, efficient, and always willing to help—she even assisted with check-in extensions seamlessly. Special mention goes to Mr. Gan, the staff member who kindly guided us through the area when we were initially lost. His warm hospitality made a big difference and truly enhanced our experience. Three rooms were thoughtfully arranged on the same floor by staff member Shan Shan, making it easy for our group to look after each other. Elva, who greeted us, was incredibly warm and considerate—when I ran into her in the lobby one evening, she even offered a refreshing honey water to help with a hangover! She also recommended the afternoon tea service featuring homemade pastries, fresh fruit platters, and beverages—such a delightful touch. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from Yellow Crane Tower and Yangtze River Bridge, perfect for sightseeing without wasting time on transit. My only small suggestion would be adding EV charging stations. Overall, this is a top-tier stay with excellent value. Definitely coming back next time I’m in Wuhan!

Our stay was extended from 5 to 6 nights, and Manager Du went above and beyond with her friendly, attentive approach. The hotel is quiet and impeccably clean, with housekeeping team doing a thorough job every day, leaving no corner untouched. Special thanks to Zhu Qian—the attention to detail was outstanding. She consistently added soap dispensers, refilled water bottles, neatly folded our clothes, and made sure everything was just right. Coming back after a long day felt like returning home. The concierge team went above and beyond, opening doors, helping with luggage, and even offering robot-assisted room service. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful—they not only secured a quiet room for us but also upgraded our stay without hesitation.
