I arrived late at night, and considering my need for quiet sleep and the room’s close proximity to the laundry area, the front desk staff member Xuan Yang kindly offered a ¥10 upgrade to a city-view double room—excellent value for money. The room was spacious, clean, and peaceful; the mini-fridge even came stocked with drinks. I slept soundly all night with zero noise disturbance. Breakfast was a highlight—especially the duck blood vermicelli soup, authentic and comforting. I hadn’t booked the airport/train station shuttle in advance, but when I mentioned it, Zhou Xiaoxi on duty went above and beyond to arrange transportation. He even followed up afterward to ask about my experience, showing genuine care for guest satisfaction. The driver, Yu, was professional and prompt, getting me to the station just in time. From start to finish, the service was warm, proactive, and deeply personal. This wasn’t just a place to stay—it felt like being looked after. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone visiting Nanjing for work or leisure. A loyalty discount for repeat guests would be a great touch, but even without it, this stay left me with a smile—and a strong intention to return.

Staying at Manxin Hotel Nanjing South Railway Station was an absolute breeze—right across from the south entrance of Nanjing South Railway Station, so you literally walk out and arrive. The metro access is super convenient, making travel in and around the city a seamless experience. I loved waking up to the view of the train station sign from my room—it gave me such peace of mind before every departure. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. Breakfast was a highlight—fresh, delicious pastries with great variety, perfect for starting the day right. The room itself was spotless, with smart dry-wet separation in the bathroom, plush bedding, and complete quietness at night. It felt like a true home away from home. With its unbeatable location, top-notch cleanliness, and warm hospitality, this hotel is now my go-to choice whenever I visit Nanjing.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before during a previous trip to Nanjing, and now I made a special detour of 10 kilometers just to come back—completely worth it! The front desk staff were incredibly attentive; seeing that I was traveling with my child, they upgraded me to a family-friendly room without hesitation. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with some local favorites like congee and traditional dim sum that really hit the spot. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-appointed—the kids loved it, and I felt completely relaxed.
