The room was spotless, bright, and well-maintained—exactly what I needed after a rough start. The housekeeping staff were friendly and responsive, always ready to assist. Breakfast at the 30th-floor buffet was excellent—wide variety, good quality, and well-organized despite the high turnout. The rooftop fitness center, sauna, and swimming pool are top-notch: clean, spacious, and professionally managed. Overall, the hotel exceeded expectations in many ways. The housekeeping staff were also exceptionally polite and professional—always smiling and respectful during their rounds. One thing to note: breakfast seating fills up quickly, and by 9 AM, there’s already a line forming. It would be great if the restaurant could extend breakfast hours during peak times. On the parking side, while the system prompts you to notify the front desk before exiting, both times I left, there was no staff present at the gate. I had to walk back to the front desk, where I was asked for my room number and name again, then waited while they verified my details. This process felt unnecessarily time-consuming, especially since many other hotels allow self-service exits via QR code or license plate recognition. A simple upgrade to the exit system would significantly improve guest experience and efficiency. Overall, a fantastic stay—just a few small improvements needed.

I especially want to commend guest service officer Hope for her warm, attentive, and genuinely caring approach. No request was too small, and her dedication made me feel truly valued as a guest. The timing couldn’t have been better—New Year’s holiday season with crowds everywhere, yet here at the resort, it felt like stepping into a peaceful oasis. The surroundings are serene, beautifully landscaped, and full of natural charm. One moment that stood out: during breakfast, the weather suddenly turned chilly, and sitting by the entrance meant cold air blowing straight through my meal. I casually asked one of the friendly doormen to close the door, and instead of just doing it, he stayed outside, personally greeting guests while keeping the door closed to preserve warmth inside. That kind of proactive care and consideration—balancing comfort with hospitality—is exactly what makes this place special. It’s not just a hotel; it’s a retreat where attention to detail elevates every moment. I’ll definitely be back.
