The front desk staff, Rex and Nina, were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond—they even gave us a detailed walkthrough of the on-site fitness center and laundry facilities, including the dryer, which was such a convenience. They also kindly followed up during check-out to ask about our stay, showing genuine care. From cleanliness to service quality, every detail was thoughtfully handled. The overhead showerhead seemed to need descaling, but again, it didn’t detract from the stay. Breakfast offerings were solid, though the pastries leaned on the sweeter side, and the freshly squeezed juice wasn’t prepared in front of guests—leading me to wonder if it was truly fresh or pre-made (it did show slight separation). I also missed seeing small wontons on the menu, but these minor points don’t overshadow the bigger picture. The ambiance, service, and attention to detail are top-notch.
