The bedding and toiletries were top quality, clearly chosen with care by the owner himself. My kids were so happy they didn’t want to leave the room! There’s even a guest book filled with glowing reviews from couples, families, and solo travelers alike—all praising the same warmth and attention to detail. The host went above and beyond: when we had a minor issue with our booking, he upgraded us to a cozy rooftop suite with a private balcony. There’s a full-length mirror and multiple mirrors throughout, perfect for travelers who need to freshen up or do makeup. The TV being able to cast content from my phone was such a nice touch—so many hotels have TVs that are basically useless. Best of all? You can see the sea right outside your door. Watching sunrise and sunset from the window was magical. It’s also close to beach attractions and super convenient for public transport. The only downside is slightly thin walls—noise from adjacent rooms comes through, but it’s manageable. Ordering food delivery took a bit longer, probably due to peak hours, but still worth it. Overall, this place nailed everything. If I come back to Qingdao, I’d definitely book the sea view room again—perfect for unwinding with a cup of tea while watching the waves.
