Special shoutout to Manager Zheng—your professionalism and warmth made all the difference! The ambiance throughout the hotel is excellent. Our river-view room faced the sports center and Hangzhou Gate directly, offering stunning views. Waking up early for breakfast, we even caught the sunrise from the dining area—pure magic. It’s true what they say: 'The early bird gets the worm'—and we definitely did! Every detail felt thoughtfully designed, from the service to the scenery. A truly memorable stay with outstanding value. The staff went above and beyond; even though I only booked breakfast for two, they kindly waived it for my child throughout the stay. Plus, there was free popcorn available by the lobby—my nephew loved stopping by for a snack on his way around. Breakfast was served on the 26th floor, offering not just delicious and varied options daily but also panoramic city views. My mom especially enjoyed the rich, creamy congee—the kind that warms your heart. Location-wise, being right next to Chengzhan Station makes everything so convenient—trains, taxis, shopping, dining, and attractions like West Lake are all within easy reach. Nearby spots like Longxiang Bridge, Ding’an Road, and Fengqi Road make exploring the city effortless. There are also great local eateries right outside the hotel. Overall, this is one of those rare stays where service, comfort, and location all come together perfectly. Highly recommended! One small suggestion: the shower water temperature could be slightly warmer for maximum comfort.

The hotel itself exceeded expectations. As a well-established chain, the service was top-notch, and all the amenities were modern and well-maintained. The cleanliness was impressive too; everything from the bedding to the bathroom felt spotless and well-maintained. The breakfast was surprisingly generous with a great variety of options—both Chinese and Western styles—and the food tasted fresh and delicious, especially the hot soup and freshly made noodles. Staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming—the team member named Youzi stood out with her warm smile and helpful attitude. What really impressed me was how affordable the price was for such a high-quality stay. It’s rare to find such a comfortable, clean, and well-run hotel at this rate. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hangzhou, and I’ll be booking here again on my next trip.

This was my first stay at this hotel, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations! Located just steps away from Qianjiang New City Metro Station, it’s incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. I came here specifically for a work meeting, and the Wi-Fi performance was outstanding—fast, stable, and perfect for video calls without any lag. The front desk manager even personally walked me to my room to test the connection, which showed how genuinely attentive they are. They also mentioned an upcoming network upgrade, but even before that, the speed was already impressive. Bonus: my room was upgraded for free—a nice surprise! Staff were friendly, helpful, and proactive throughout my entire stay. One minor note: parking is limited and not included unless you're staying overnight. Since I didn’t stay the night, I didn’t pay, but friends who rented cars and stayed overnight had to cover the cost. Still, this doesn’t take away from the overall excellent experience. For great value, top-notch service, and reliable connectivity, I’d definitely recommend this hotel—and I’ll be back.
