What really stood out was the complimentary shuttle service to Disneyland; it made getting there so convenient, with just a short ride from the hotel. Our New Year's Eve stay at this hotel was absolutely unforgettable! From check-in to check-out, every detail was thoughtfully executed. Special thanks to Manager Ken for upgrading us from a standard king room to a luxurious garden-view king—spacious, serene, and beautifully designed with a tranquil garden view that made the evening feel truly special. Front desk agent Yu Huang was incredibly attentive and efficient—he proactively arranged our late checkout until 2 PM on New Year’s Day, knowing we’d be out all morning. That small but meaningful gesture saved us so much stress. Then there was Brian, the doorman, whose service went above and beyond: he personally helped with luggage, guided us through the property with warm enthusiasm, explained all the in-room features, and even surprised us with a gourmet fruit platter and alcohol wipes—despite us not asking for anything extra. His foresight and genuine care left a lasting impression. The atmosphere was cozy and quiet, perfect for celebrating the new year in peace. Excellent soundproofing ensured a restful night, and the overall experience felt personalized and premium. Every staff member we interacted with brought professionalism and warmth. This is not just a great hotel—it’s a destination worth returning to. Highly recommend for anyone planning a memorable New Year’s getaway.
