The room itself was spacious, immaculate, and the bed was incredibly cozy. I loved using the well-maintained fitness center, indoor pool, and sauna facilities—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. On checkout, Ada Yang kindly handed me a thoughtful little gift, a lovely keepsake that made me remember this city fondly. When we mentioned our preferences, she arranged a room change on day one and even upgraded us to a spacious family room with a 1.5-meter king bed. What stood out most? She personally helped move our luggage to the new room—so kind and considerate, especially after a long day exploring attractions. The location couldn’t be better: just steps from the bustling main street of Tang Paradise, with the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, Ba Bai Li Qin Cuisine, Wu Huang Feast, and Xi’an Concert Hall all within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious and abundant, offering great variety and quality. We stayed for three days during New Year’s holiday, and every moment felt relaxed and enjoyable. This hotel offers incredible value and comfort—definitely planning to return soon!

The location is perfectly balanced—conveniently central yet surprisingly quiet, which is exactly what busy professionals need. The ergonomic chair in the room made long work sessions comfortable, and the ultra-fast Wi-Fi connected instantly without any lag—perfect for late-night project crunches. I especially appreciated the thoughtful night turndown service: a soothing herbal tea and an eye mask left ready for me. The Serta mattress was heavenly—literally collapsed into it and felt my travel fatigue melt away. The hotel is perfectly positioned—just a short walk from metro lines and bus stops, making it incredibly easy to explore key attractions like the City Wall, Big Goose Pagoda, and ancient Daming Palace. The room view? Stunning—direct sightlines to the historic city wall and train station, which added a special charm to our stay. Special shoutout to Mr. Wei Xinglong from the concierge team—he went above and beyond helping with luggage and package collection, always cheerful and efficient. The front desk staff, Xiao Hao and Xiao Liu, were warm, professional, and attentive. When we mentioned the room felt a bit warm on our first night, they immediately upgraded us to a larger suite at no extra cost—a truly unexpected and thoughtful gesture that made our trip even more memorable. Housekeeping was spotless, and the room had excellent natural light, giving it a bright, inviting feel. Even though the hotel has seen some years, the design and furnishings still exude quality and elegance, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable after long days of sightseeing.
