I absolutely loved my stay at Chengdu Runbang International Hotel! The location is perfect—just a short walk from two subway stations, making it super easy to explore Jinsha Museum and Yipintianxia. The hotel has a charming vintage-style design with modern amenities throughout, and the room was spacious and spotless. What really stood out was the exceptional service—when we accidentally forgot to request chopsticks with our takeout, I called the front desk and within minutes, staff member Xiao Wang personally delivered them. Such attention to detail made a huge difference. The overall experience was seamless, and I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chengdu. It’s a fantastic value and definitely worth staying again.

Hilton Chengdu Chenghua

The pastry chef here deserves a standing ovation! The European-style bread at breakfast was absolutely authentic—so close to what you'd find in a Parisian bakery, it felt like a taste of France back home. It was easily the best breakfast experience I've had since returning. The afternoon tea pastries were equally delightful—elegant, well-balanced, and not overly sweet. While the hotel isn't right next to major attractions, it's incredibly convenient: just a short walk to the serene Shang River promenade, lined with cozy teahouses and quiet corners perfect for unwinding. I especially appreciated the staff during the 5 PM happy hour on November 28th—the server on the 17th floor was attentive, friendly, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome. Every detail, from drink pours to snack presentation, showed care. This stay exceeded expectations, and I’ll definitely be back.
