Binjiang International Hotel

The owner kept repeating phrases like 'you paid less' and 'you got a good deal,' which came off as passive-aggressive and unprofessional. While they eventually fixed the issues, these are basic expectations for any accommodation—especially one marketed as a premium experience. It’s frustrating that such fundamental standards weren’t met. I’m sharing this honestly to warn others: if you’re looking for comfort and respect, this might not be the right choice. Back at the hotel, housekeeping went above and beyond—the room was spotless, and they even provided thoughtful baby essentials. A handwritten note with care tips made the stay feel personal and warm. Traveling with little ones can be stressful, but this hotel made it so much easier. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out.
